17th Annual AURCO Conference April 9, 2011
Celebrate the 17th anniversary of the AURCO Conference at Wright State University - Lake Campus. In addition to presentations on the teaching, service, and scholarship that is occuring on Ohio's 24 university regional campuses, the conference will also feature:
roundtables
-- as broad or narrow as desired
-- focused on a specific discipline (i.e. Literature) or teaching topic (teaching online)
workshops
-- held on Friday with reports discussed at panel sessons on Saturday
panels
-- to discuss discipline or teaching related issues
-- to discuss adjunct issues at a regional campus
-- to discuss staff issues at a regional campus
student essay and student poster contest
-- for branch campus students to present their creative or scholary work
student panel
-- new this year!
-- for students to discuss issues of importance to them

Saturday, April 9, 2011
An optional event for all attendees will be held on Friday evening, April 8, 2011. There will be live musical entertainment as well as a number of other entertaining "diversions".
